Weird question if anyone can answer, I cant find any info for my specific situation anywhere. I resigned as a CPC in 2016 from a level 6 up/down, went contract and came back in 2018 with a FOL to N90 from the prior-experience bid. If I withdraw from training or wash out, do I go to the NEST? Do I go back to my old facility? Do I go to Guantanamo bay? Help! I want to get out of here but I have no idea what my situation is.

Normally per the mou a cpc-it would just go back to their old facility. But since you came in on the prior experienced bid I have no idea. If it was the n90 specific bid I think you just get fired.

I have heard of people passing TETRA and not making it at the facility then being offered low level facilities, distinctly remember PBI being offered at the time unless my memory fails me.

maybe for new hires. After we had a rash of people coming here for the move money and then withdrawing to go to the nest they passed an mou that cpc-it’s just go back to their previous facility. If you came in on the N90 specific bid though in order to get the waiver thr court said the bid is for n90 only and they can’t go anywhere else. If it was just a normal prior experienced bid though that happened to give you n90 you go to nest. Also probably different outcomes now if you wash or you withdraw

Ah yes the move money scam, I do remember that, I did not know about the court though. Yeah different outcomes for sure, dynamic decisions and all that. Either way I sympathise with anyone going to N90.

That PBI TETRA guy IIRC didn't make it at the academy and was offered PBI.

I thought that was someone who passed tsew but failed tetra.

It was one of the first handful of classes in the TETRA path. First two classes were pass/pass and had other facilities they were assigned. If they passed and wanted N90, they could.
The next classes weren't pass/pass, but the one to fail got offered PBI since he had passed RTF and completed TSEW. After that, they didn't have anyone fail for about a year.

Ah my bad then. I knew I was in the ballpark somewhere there.

Came in on the prior experience bid and was assigned N90

RIP.

I got offered a very short list when I came back and N90 was on it. I ranked my preferences and didn't even include N90 as a preference.

Now the slate book you can just send some letters in, suck a little dick behind the ATM's desk, and get picked up.
What do you mean send some letters in?

Lol my facility just picked someone up who was out since 2016. Doesn’t hurt that this is where he was a cpc though.
