Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-21-ALLSRCE-73599

Did you reply to the email they sent you or did you compose a new one? I’m just trying to see if that has to do with anything although it shouldn’t.
Yeah, maybe we’re reading too much into this lol, but it does seem like those who composed a new email got confirmation updates. And those who replied to the TOL email are still waiting.

Not saying that’s how it is, but that’s what it feels like rn.
I replied directly to the TOL email and they then replied directly back to my confirmation.

I'm assuming the 13 months is how long it will take for you to actually get down to the academy? Not sure though

anyone get LM?
It took me 13 months from TOL to starting basics. But the “13” months is “probationary period” and that starts when you start the academy. For time until you get a class date… It just depends on how fast your paperwork get cleared. It could be less. There’s still people from the 2020 hiring bid waiting for class dates though. For en route they just started classes of 18 trainees so I would say much less than 13 months since they’re adding 10 more people per class.

The email also says, "Please return the above completed forms and/or documents within 5 calendar days via email."

Seems like they need to tighten up their contradictory wording because if someone sends their docs within 5 calendar days, don't hear anything and then reach out before the 14 days are up, guess what? Then, they would've not turned in their docs within the specified 5 calendar-day timeframe.
You're going to have so much fun at the academy.

Still no confirmation let the anxiety commense.
I’m with you there. The closer we get to that 5 calendar day return period, the heavier I sweat. I just keep telling myself “you cross-checked the email address 100 times. You didn’t get a failed delivery bounce back. You’re good….right?” Lmao. This whole process has been one hell of a ride.

Lmao that’s how I felt til this morning. It really is a matter of waiting like people said. They move slower than molasses.

LOL. I’ve crossed checked the email address various times too. I thought I had messed up by replying to the TOL email message but it seems that people that did that have received confirmation, I guess it’s just a matter of patience.

Lol yeah for sure. After everything so far the dumbest thing to not get the job would be a single email not properly sending. That being said though I didn't send it until the evening of 2/1 since I had to get the right HR POC's contact info for my current agency.

Also does anyone else have D. P. as their contact? Haven't seen anyone mention her yet.
