6/8 passed today. One of them was the ZNY, so we only lost one Memphis from our list. In addition, we just got an email that they have added a ZAB alternate. We aren't quite sure where we're going yet.

I'm sure every center is going through some type of a training backlog due to covid. Expect delays everyone. I know people still on AG after graduating academy back in 2019. (Not ZNY/ZOA)

It’s a great job and all but unless you have nothing else in life you can do I would have quit before I sat around 3 years.

The key is to transfer after making the 10-12 money so the training delay matters not and it’s easy leave!

There are 10 people in line for D school (including the recent graduate and transfers), the oldest of which has been here for 7 months.

As far as OJT, it varies by area.

We definitely had a training backlog but it’s clearing out.

They will most likely always have a small backlog because of how they do training. But it's not as bad as it was. We are looking at D school sometime in the fall if everything else goes accordingly, so that would be a year out for the majority of us in the next school. Will keep y'all up to date as it plays out.
