Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-21-ALLSRCE-73599

Interesting, can't really help you on what the process will look like, I find it very interesting that it's based on prior use considering how many states have gone recreational. I imagine that they'll test you again and probably have some sort of follow-up with a doc?
It’s still illegal on the Federal level. There are differences though, sounds like he got denied on the medical side vs. security/drug testing so if I had to guess, the Flight Surgeon probably deemed it as some type of pattern substance abuse/dependency. Happens with alcohol occasionally as well.

How many of y’all have been able to actually get in contact with your HR rep?
Well I finally caved and sent DF an email because I haven't heard anything since february either. Responded within a few hours basically saying "Don't worry you haven't missed anything, its just a slow process. Just keep watching your email closely." Then she also said to feel free to check in with her for status updates at any time, but I don't plan to bug her more than once... Once is enough.

The only information I got was about a month ago, saying that CIL’s SHOULD come out by the end of April. I was told the same thing back in March. Getting kind of antsy, my lease is coming up to either resign for a year or get out; some sort of info would be nice.

Man I can relate. A lot of us are waiting for EODS so this process is definitely trying out our patience. I was giving thought about how all of us have different circumstances and a lot of things we can do regarding well…life (rent, lease, mortgage, other potential job opportunities, trips, weddings, etc) are limited due to this process (don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful for receiving a TOL). I’m in the same lease situation and I am going to be offered a management position in August or September. I haven’t said anything to my employer just because of how this process is going and how long it could end up being. At least your rep responds, I emailed mine two weeks ago and she never replied back.

I emailed DF about a month ago and she told me the exact same thing.

Does anyone know what the repercussions might be if I accept a TOL with USCIS? They sent me an email earlier today, and I’m scheduled to meet with my security clearance investigator tomorrow, already took the medical, MMPI and submitted eQIP. I know both agencies are rather slow, but isn’t there some rule about not being able to transfer for 90 days? Only considering because someone told me to apply for ATC and act as if you never did and don’t bank on it.

I got into contact with my HR rep and if you have not received your EODS or CIL information just be patient! They are expecting to have all 22-allsrc-73599 and 22-atcexp-76330 CILs out by the end of June or beginning of July. They are going in alphabetical order by last name.
I don't think they are going in alphabetical order, at least not strictly. My last name starts with T and I got my CIL back in February. ?‍♂️

I think each rep has a different set of letters. They are going alphabetically with the letters they have I believe... I might be wrong though. If I am I'm sure someone with a more open rep can clarify.

Weird. Well my last name starts is S and our HR rep got relocated to a different department. Just a waiting game now lol. My HR rep showed that I am pending for my EODS forms.
