I have completed everything as well, just awaiting confirmation of medical clearance. Which they told me can take up to 30 days once the flight surgeon gets your file. All I was waiting on them to receive was my drug test on 6/20 which I imagine they should have had within a day or 2 when I checked in with them. Once I get my medical clearance it will just be hurry up and wait for me.

Yeah, I finished everything and they've had all my info since mid-May. Got excited when I saw the email but it may be premature, since it sounds like tons of people have received that email. We'll find out tomorrow I guess!

Last time I was on EODS filling out forms on my hire date, I remember there was a notice at the top of the screen stating that, at some point in July, they were going to transition to two-factor authentication, so that's probably what's going on right now.

It doesn't mean you're any closer to a class date, unfortunately. Like I said, it's just an extra layer of security.

Firstly, they're going to email you your class date. It's not going to show up on EODS.

Secondly, even if your class date were sent via EODS and not email, it's not like they're going to magically email everyone a class date all at once.

Even people who are in OKC at school right now have been getting this EODS email (according to posts on the ATC_Hiring subreddit) so it sound like it's just a major system bug. EODS probably overloaded and crashed as everyone tried to log on within the first few hours of getting the email. Or it's just shut down for routine maintenance and something in the maintenance triggered the email. It's all just conjecture at this point. And like Zoro91 said, we'll probably all figure out tomorrow.

I also got an email, but I’m also unable to get in. I think the reason is they’re requiring us to switch to two-factor authentication, but don’t quote me on that.

This past Wednesday I received a start date of 9/22 with in class 10/27.

Hope you dont have to submit additional information, because it can take far longer than 30 days. I had to submit a form for allergies because I self reported seasonal and cat allergies, Im pushing into 90 days since completion.

I don't think I should need to, I don't have any known/current/past medical conditions. So only thing they could need is if AME messed something up, which is always possible.

I asked for an update from my hr rep about upcoming classes but she said they dont have the schedule of classes going into next year yet because the budget hasnt passed so i'm still waiting

Huh thats interesting. My FOL had 9/20 in person start date with it ending 11/9

The fiscal year starts in Oct. So your class beginning Sept 20th is the current fiscal year, not the next fiscal year for which the budget has not been passed.
