The squeaky wheel gets the oil , if we do not ask, we shall never receive. we have to have a strong united front and demand what we deserve, at least a 20% inflation bump to our pay.

The money exists to pay us my brothers, but we have to be strong, United, and decisive.

Pretty sure RomeoTangoRT has turned down multiple lists for fun and BDUB left 2 months before 804 cutover happened and his facility became a revolving door, releasing a total of 4 people over 4 ncept panels.

i think all controllers need to united in getting all of us a raise, instead of bickering what level x,y,z facility should be, or how much CIP pay x facility is getting, we need to be clear and united in saying we want a bump for all controllers.

We have to realize, the world isn't fair, the system isn't fair, we need to be united and do the best we can with a shit sandwich and get 20% for all controllers (NOT SUPES!)

We need to get something in the contract that says no facility can ever get downgraded, i think that's total crap personally lol

Lots of Delta pilots go to Netjets or other corporate operators after they retire. They don’t argue that they should be making A350 pay while flying a Citation.

Look at baseball, when the major leagues get raises the minor league players get raises too. If the dodgers are giving their starters raises that should trickle down to the whole farm system. RAZE WEN believes the same, from the big leagues Core 30s down to a AAA club VFR tower…a raise for one is a raise for all!
