The Red book brought our pay up from the White book roughly back to where it had been on the Green book, but the Green book was three years earlier. So it erased 3 years of raises. According to here: Hoping For A Big Raise? 53 Years Of The Annual Federal Pay Raises | FedSmith.com the raises for 2007/08/09 combined was almost 10%, which we didn't receive at all. So 10% would just get as back to where we should be from reclass, much less any other increases that are warranted.
