You just spew right wing talking points, you think you're different but you're not. You'll believe anything twitter or fox tells you to believe. I'm shocked that the side that spews violent rhetoric has one of its own shooting another. Shocked. What does the intent say, please tell me. Maybe he took the kill all pedos to heart and tried to take out epsteins bestie
How is what I said just “right wing talking points? At least I’ve seen and quoted proof that he [shooter] was not certifiably a republican. You sure talk politics out of your ass on here A LOT, Mr. “I don’t watch tv news coz I don’t got cable.”

It mainly sounds like you have trouble minding your own business
So do the pedos in the women’s bathroom hoss 🫡

I agree. All those degenerate trans women who keep abusing our children in bathrooms and other spaces are absolutely disgusting and they need to be stopped.

Here's Part 53 of a series on people like that, and here's the full list. Over thirteen hundred people who have been abusing children for years. It's shameful, it really is.

...oh wait, I'm sorry, I didn't look closely enough. Those aren't trans women, they're cis Republican men. Politicans and pastors. My mistake!

"proof" loooool

Are the dems commiting political violence in the room with us? Or are you also thinking the person who has all signs except one donation pointing towards being conservative is actually a democrat

Okay I'm gonna speak completely honestly and frankly here for a minute. I know nobody cares, I know this isn't the right forum, but maybe one of you will see this and think on it.

It's okay to be scared of people who are different. It's understandable. We're wired to create in-groups and out-groups, that's how humanity works. You try to develop a sense of community and one super-easy way to do that is by defining who isn't in the community... and then it becomes circular, they're bad because they're in the out-group because they're bad because...

That's natural, especially when politicians and pundits play on those fears and uncertainties.

Conservatism is a safe blanket, a reassurance that "I'm right because I'm normal and anyone who isn't normal isn't right." That's understandable and natural too. Change is scary, it really is. We have a comfort zones for a reason. Pushing the boundaries of our comfort zones is difficult for a reason.

But in a country of 340 million people, a world of 8 billion people, we have to accept are going to be some people who aren't the same as us, who aren't "normal" the way we're "normal." And sure, law of large numbers, some of those people-who-aren't-like-us are going to be assholes. But the vast majority are just people muddling through life as best they can—just the same way we are. They aren't demons, they aren't baby-eaters, they aren't predators.

And for someone whose brain, biologically, doesn't align with their body, biologically, it can damn hard to muddle through life. Stuffing things down isn't healthy in the long term, so they'd rather change one to match the other. As a society we don't condone lobotomies any more, so we let these people change their bodies instead of changing their brains.

These people are rare, abnormal, uncommon, so it's easy to "otherize" them. They're an easy next target, easy boogeymen now that gay people have become much more mainstream and acceptable. But at the end of the day they're just people trying to live their lives on the outside in a way that matches how they feel on the inside. That's all.

Rant over.

Conservatives didn't accept gay people till ten years ago, now trans people are in the same targets that gays were before. It'll be another decade or longer till they accept them

JD and Santa are going to be at ZID Saturday for a BBQ.
Facrep at ZID said she won’t be there much longer if Nick wins. Another promised 114 gig. He’s going to have to start making more to fulfill all these promises if he wins

They are people. As humans, they are accepted. Love the person, hate the sin. Conservatives want what's best for all brothers and sisters in Christ. (I want what's best for you). However, there is no amount of time that can pass which will convince people who value truth that women can actually be men/men can actually be women. So while your intended virtue and compassion are commendable, they are unfortunately based around a lie.

If trans people truly ARE the gender they claim, then the world needs an explanation as to why you won't validate a 90lb emaciated bulimic person as "fat" when they claim they are overweight.

...how about that BBQ at ZID though, eh?

women can actually be men/men can actually be women
That's the funny thing, "women" and "men" are terms that have been made up to define social behavior and interactions. If someone feels like a woman then they are a woman, that's how gender works. Of course gender is very closely related to the concept of biological sex but they aren't the same thing. Ask an actual biologist; there is much more to biological sex than just "XX or XY."

Again, I understand that we like to think of things in a binary. We like to have clear yes-or-no answers; it makes us feel safe and secure. But that just isn't how the real world works. Look at our job—you'd think it would be easy enough, right? "Here's the book of rules, here's what you did in this situation, did you break a rule or was it legal." You know how good controllers are at turning that into a gray area a mile wide. Take that and apply it to a human full of cells and DNA and hormones, and put the human in world with eight billion other humans. Clear binaries just don't exist.

why you won't validate a 90lb emaciated bulimic person as "fat" when they claim they are overweight.
Someone's weight can be measured and compared against a standard. Someone's chromosomes can also be objectively measured, though as I said there are more options than XX and XY. But gender is not the same as chromosomes; you can't measure gender. You can only ask someone how they feel, and look at how they behave, and compare that to other people in society.

Not that I expect you to accept my logic but you asked and that's my answer.
