Does anyone know what the regulation is that states 6 consecutive days and no more than 10 consecutive hours. Someone requested to work 2 hours of credit, sign out for an hour, then come back for 8 hours. I feel like once you sign in, the 10 hour clock starts but I may be wrong and want to clarify.

The way I read Item 4, split shifts are not allowed. I'm not sure how that aligns with Article 34. AFAIK the contract has precedence over Agency orders and policies if there's a conflict, but I could be wrong, and in any case it says "the Agency may consider" and not "the Agency shall approve."
