2023 Convention Amendments

People probably thought the same thing before the 40 hour work week was nationalized. It should always be talked about.
In the late 1800s and early 1900s this would have an a significant topic of discussion within the labor force, both private and public. There is literally zero public momentum on this subject right now. And a public union, of like 20k, isn't going to change shit. How about we push on reasonable and obtainable goals?

The Mike Palumbo Amendment-

What does it mean?

Is it invite home to every convention, but he pays?

Or like, NATCA will pay for him to go to the convention from here on out?
Assuming he would pay, NATCA does not pay completely to have most of the current Fac Reps go. Though the cost is covered by the local, so I guess NATCA does pay for it through dues rebates it’s just an extra step.

Invited guests are paid by Natca. Like past presidents.

But keep in mind dude is 67….. it’s not going to be all that many conventions…..he wouldn’t necessarily accept every invite either…
