Agreed. I never looked back into pay structures before my time. Interesting info.

I am nowhere near as disgruntled with non members these days with all the issues plaguing us and I do not agree with his bullshit take on that at all. I’ve even told people in that I would quit the union if I was in their shoes. Members passed up with 15 years in the agency and multiple facilities for some two year FacRep at podunk who fucking cares facility.

We’ll see what else he spouts in all this spam email….

Before we anoint Mick and Santa let’s see if they actually can do anything with pay before the election or just talk about it. If they can’t and have to wait until the CBA in 2026 that’s a long time from now, and I can’t imagine anything they do offsets the 2021-2026 inflation.

It’s easy to talk about it but they were the E-Board that sent us the “congratulations” email when they extended the slate book.
