Do you guys have lives to live? I know we all want pay raises and more staffing, but has anyone put out a plan or idea how to get that done? Or is just blowing smoke till they get elected then nothing.

Bruh. No one came after your livelihood. RAZE WEN MVMNT has been very clear about RAZE 4 ALL since day 1.

Look at baseball, when the major leagues get raises the minor league players get raises too. If the dodgers are giving their starters raises that should trickle down to the whole farm system. RAZE WEN believes the same, from the big leagues Core 30s down to a AAA club VFR tower…a raise for one is a raise for all!

There’s been multiple comments putting down contract towers in this thread. And a guy running for president literally degraded contract towers insisting they don’t deserve more pay than faa towers in his campaign video. I’m just here to stand up for contract towers and say they work just as hard as faa towers that’s all.

Since the FAA seems to think supes are so important, maybe 20% for cic would be a small start, it's not much but they did it with ojti and it does add up. Any extra money is good imo.
That’s a great start that is tangible NOW!

Yeah I wont support Mick because what he said is misleading.

From my experience with Midwest ATC and I'm sure SERCO/RVA are similar he conveniently left out:
  • FCT controllers don't get a pension.
  • FCT controllers don't get a social security supplement.
  • FCT controllers have hardly any if any matching for their 401k (could have changed since I worked).
  • FCT controllers health insurance is more costly.
  • FCT controllers do not get a presidential raise like FAA controllers.
  • FCT controllers earn far less annual leave
  • FCT controllers get 2 personal days vs 13 sick days. Oh you get hired in February? Too bad you don't get those days until January 1st unlike sick leave accrual throughout the year.
So sure, that LEB tower gets paid like $0.75 more on base pay than those level 4s but it won't come January 1st with the huge presidential raise. Plus with all the differentials there is no way those facilities are making less money.

A serious question-

For anyone reviewing these campaign emails, did anyone ever give them specifically to the candidate(s) or did you just give your email to NATCA?

Do you believe they got your email address from NATCA and now are using it to campaign?

I am curious-

I believe they are using Natca's database to send the emails. I'm in the ASO so there's no reason why Devine would have mine. To add to it if I remember one of the emails correctly they are using a 3rd party software constant contact so they can see exactly when and who opens their emails.

From the NATCA election committee:

Campaign guidance and DOL regulations prohibit using union owned list serves or pulling from the portal.
