If this automatic extension gets triggered,
Santa might as well get ready to go start talking to airplanes or get his retirement paperwork ready.
Fuck them all and their pussy asses. What “good things” could they lose by opening it up. So many things are gov’t wide benefits.

If that’s the reason: we might lose some things and/or possibly having to negotiate during a bad administration that they aren’t doing their jobs they have unequivocally become irrelevant and people should be submitting their SF1188 NOW!
January 31st deadline to submit!
You are better off sticking around and voting for Justin.

You’re saying you don’t want the right to strike? Or Z guys can type but they can’t read? I just said if we could strike we would make more money. Pretty simple. And as a side note that’s completely unrelated to anything I wrote earlier: tsa’s raise happened to catch them up after years of no growth.
Are you going to get Congress to pass a law that says we can strike? Because that is what it would take.

He will do great things for us. It's a bit early to do serious campaigning but check his website for updates.
Now is the time to do serious campaigning. All I’ve heard is he wants to gut the A114 details and cut spending. He hasn’t represented really anyone before and doesn’t seem to have a plan to address that other than “get some help”. He’s running against the current NEB instead of running for the membership, in my opinion.

A lot of the membership doesn’t like article 114 scammers or the Neb

It’s a detail. The reason the 114s are a PR problem is because management can’t staff the NAS. A lot of the membership makes no attempt to be educated on any of the issues. Blaming 114s is ignorant.

I've heard some stories about the 114's FAA counterparts' being absolutely clueless on projects they are supposed to be working on. The supe TDY scam is bigger than the 114 scam. You guys think we have screwed up procedures, rules and systems? Wait until controllers are taken completely out of the process.

Is NiW gonna go when Congress is in session this time?
They got CRWG written into reauth. The agency agreed to it and then some empty suit in finance got it squashed again. So they have to make it law. It’s the only way to get the agency to staff the NAS. That’s where it all starts. Then people can move to where they want to go. It’s a good thing no one listens to your stupid rants about letting agency do whatever they want with staffing

And Congress doesn't set it's schedule until like December for the next year. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Same line since 2016, “NCEPT will be great as soon as X happens”……

CRWG is going to do nothing. The FAA is doing whatever they want with staffing. That’s why no one can transfer and why they still get to take all the sups they want. CRWG is going to exacerbate this for even longer.

It will take at least 5 years if made into law to get off the ground and running. That’s 1/4 of many controller’s careers. There are a lot of controllers that are already 1/4-1/2 through their career who MIGHT be able to transfer when they’re looking at the door and planning for retirement. This is a massive missed opportunity cost. It’s unacceptable that 20% OJTI is the only thing to come out of this administration pay wise in the last few years when controllers are missing out on thousands of compounding dollars and valuable time with family and friends.

In 3-5 years a new retirement wave will
Be starting with the generation that will not stay past age 50 or 25 years whatever one comes first. So I don’t see anything taking off and running. Good luck to all who want to transfer if and when they implement the CWRG numbers.

Crwg is how the agency gets money from congress to staff
