Another important perspective, there are 22 centers if you include ZSU, 21 otherwise. Out of those, 9 are already level 12’s. Getting this approved would have upgraded 5 out of a total of 12-13 ARTCC’s that were even eligible. That’s almost half of eligible facilities, and thousands of employees, that would have gotten significant pay raises.

Is the NEB really that split? They needed a 75% vote for it to pass. If they couldn’t get that and the story is real then there really is a huge split on the NEB. Will more than 25% of the NEB endorse Daniels? Seems high but maybe that’s the case.

There were rumors of a split NEB civil war since last fall. Some psycho like post by a guy who got banned, but maybe it’s real. If the info in that email is true it kind of shows that it probably is.

Not enough interest to me is the same a blocking it. You can’t get some interest to get a sizable amount of your membership 6-8% raises? How’s that really any different. I would feel a slight bit better if they had actually taken interest and voted it down anyways.
