5 4/9 schedule AWS credit?

When I was on 5 4/9. I was automatically paid out my credit balance. So no, you cannot earn credit even on an RDO

You get around all this by just having all your schedules be AWS instead of CWS. It's literally just a single letter difference in your MOU that changes everything when it comes to labor law. All reps are taught this at RT1 class and prior to MOU negotiations each year (at least we were).

Why are they teaching something that doesn't make sense? A CWS is an AWS. The two kinds of AWS are: 1) FWS, and 2) CWS.

If you mean they should have the 4-10s be FWS instead of CWS then that would make sense.
