ERR Package 10

On the PDF version of the FAA Form 3330-43-1, the Announcement Number will is too long, and won't fit in the correct box. This is for a job that is not an ERR. Even the from the FAA.gov site, the PDF won't let me put in the entire announcement number. Any ideas?

The announcement number for reference is ASW-ATO-20-MS282-67537

I'm working on filling out paperwork for the next NCPET. I noticed in the sample ERR packet that MJ put together it said that you don't have to fill in the points anymore as they are no longer required nor do they really mean anything. Can someone who has recently been picked up on an ERR verify that? I was always taught that you must fill everything out to be considered, but that was pre-NCEPT so I know a lot has changed. Thank you!!!

Points dont matter. You can fill it out if you want, but again points dont matter. What matters is your rpo experience and where your uncle works.

I always sent to receiving HR. The region of the facility you are trying to get to. Worked for me three times so far.

I’ve put out 3 ERRs to the same region and have never been able to figure out how to email it. They always confirm receipt by email though so I’m guessing it’s just me not knowing where to send it.

I emailed to different region. I called the HR person and said hey I’m an ATC at XXX and would like to submit an ERR via email. The person that did it for me spelled out their email and I sent it off. They sent me pg 1 of the 3330-42 with a received and expiration date.

Didn't natca recently put some out saying emailng ERRs to the receiving region was the way to go? Also each natca region has an NCEPT rep that can check the status or your ERRs.

I’ve put out 3 ERRs to the same region and have never been able to figure out how to email it.

Go to the KSN2 NCEPT page list linked from this post. Scroll down the KSN page until you see the table that MJ has a screenshot of on the post. The screenshot is cut off but if you go farther down the KSN page you'll see the names of the NCEPT HR points-of-contact for each region. Use Outlook to pull up their FAA email address based on their name.

They had an MOU specifically saying the confirmation that they received your ERR could be emailed instead of snail-mailed, I don't think it affected sending the ERRs in. But I've sent in paperwork to three different regions and all three accepted my email without complaint.
