Is everyone thats getting a TOL Pool 1 or 2? Do the waves for TOL's follow the pool 1, then pool 2 system?

if you're pool 2 BQ, you'll 100% get it, seeing as quite a few pool 2 WQ people have received theirs. Wish i knew which letter of the alphabet the wave ends..

Best thing to do would be find another job for the mean time, even with the TOL, your 1+ year from starting, you can always quit that job when you head to academy

Agreed! You're still a long way from receiving your first paycheck from the FAA even with a TOL in hand

I wouldn't worry about last names and what they start with. I'm from 2019 bid and it didn't have anything to do with it. TOL's went out twice for us about 3 weeks apart. I was P2 BQ and I got it on the 2nd round. Hope this helps.
