Mandatory 6 days?

The numbers say their CPC numbers are at 60%. My facility is more around the mid 70s or so and we have mandatory 6 days (minus the 3rd weekend if you wanted it) so I would be shocked if MIA isn't racking in a ton of OT time.

It’s the normal scheduled OT, they ask if you want to stay for two pretty much everyday but if you say no it’s not forced.
