Slate Book/NATCA/MOU Questions + Interpretations

You are paid holiday pay for the hours you were scheduled that day, you never got two hours of holiday pay if you were held over. That's why this whole potentially only getting 6 hours of holiday pay on a holiday is bull shit
Correct. We had people doing the math to see how much money is gained or lost on a 10hr vs 6hr holiday.

If you work 10 hoirs on a holiday, you get 10 hours of holiday pay. If you work 6 hours on a holiday, you get 6 hours of holiday pay.
This is correct. And I’m 100%. Also right now, if you request a 9 hour fatigue on your holiday, you get 9 hours of holiday pay. If you request a 7 hour fatigue on your day mid and that is the holiday, you get 7 hours of holiday.
