OK sure let’s believe {every article out there of three of the six major organizations that the government supports} unvaccinated person is more likely to catch Covid. Which is ironic because the only people that have had Covid recently in my facility have all been vaccinated….. why are they vaccinated worried about the unvaccinated catching Covid still. I mean how many times do I have to say this you have the vaccine you’re good right?

Also none of this mentions anyone who already has immunity to it because they already had it and overcame it. Their natural immunity is going to be stronger than the Covid vaccine in fact they shouldn’t be introducing the Covid vaccine into their body if they have antibodies. Oh yeah but that doesn’t matter it’s just get the jab regardless.
And how many times do I have to say that a vaccinated person can still contract COVID? The vaccine lessens the likelihood of this but it is not zero. So while (for the vaxxed) the chances of getting COVID are lower, the effects are lessened, and the chance of death is lower, there is still a risk of getting it.

Indeed get the jab regardless. Or don't. That's the choice.

At the end of the day the decision should be ours and ours only not up to the government. If you don’t agree with that then what happened to living in free America. If you got vaxed weeks or months ago….it was up to you, it was your choice, everybody else still deserves that same choice. and if you don’t believe so then you are a shame to this country and the foundations that this country was built on. I’m gonna keep standing up for my freedoms and hope many will do the same regardless of vaccine status. This job doesn’t define me. And I’m sure not gonna let the government define me either. Thanks for the discussion, it’s been real it’s been fun but I’m out ✌?

You keep making this claim the vaccinated are as likely to catch it as the unvaccinated. Do YOU have a source to back it up?

From your own article (from a website I've never heard of, mind you)

'Experts say the report shows the importance of getting a shot to prevent hospitalizations and deaths as the virus continues to circulate.

“The biggest takeaway is that we need more people to be vaccinated. The vaccines are still extremely effective against delta,” said Rachael Piltch-Loeb, a public health emergency preparedness and response fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “There is a significant difference between having a fever and dying from COVID-19.” '

'Five COVID-19 patients were hospitalized, four of whom were fully vaccinated. None of them died.'

'The CDC researchers added the caveat that the data are not enough to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines against the delta variant, which would require a more rigorous clinical trial.

The CDC report acknowledges that the precision of its measurement of infectiousness in vaccinated people was limited.

Monica Gandhi, a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, said more robust measurements, like examining the virus in a lab, would be needed to make the claim that vaccinated and unvaccinated people are equally infectious.

"It doesn’t make biological sense,” she said.

Gandhi said too much of a focus on the ability of vaccines to prevent transmission, rather than hospitalization and death, risks “creating incredible panic.” '

Like did you even read it or did you just use the magic Google machine, read the headline and count that as "doing your own research"?

Of course I read it the magical word was prevent hospitalizations and severe sickness not the spread!!!!!!!

Ok, you may want to re-read your source. First, no where does it say you’re as likely to get Covid when vaccinated vs unvaccinated. Secondly, here’s some key parts you seem to have missed (namely, like 80% of the article):

“The CDC researchers added the caveat that the data are not enough to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines against the delta variant, which would require a more rigorous clinical trial.”

“The CDC report acknowledges that the precision of its measurement of infectiousness in vaccinated people was limited.”

“Monica Gandhi, a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, said more robust measurements, like examining the virus in a lab, would be needed to make the claim that vaccinated and unvaccinated people are equally infectious.”

“The CDC said in the report that breakthrough infections will likely grow into a larger proportion of cases as vaccination rates increase.”

“The documents shared at the confidential congressional briefing also show that vaccine efficacy has taken a hit from delta. The CDC estimates efficacy may be 75 to 85 percent against the new variant rather than 94 percent effective or more against the original COVID-19 strain.”

Offit attributes the rise in cases to the delta variant, continued resistance to vaccines and much riskier behavior by many Americans.

“It’s always been a pandemic of the vaccinated. Now it’s a pandemic of the willfully unvaccinated,” he added.” (Bold mine)

The willfully unvaccinated are not spreading the virus more than that vaccinated. They are simply getting more sick and dying which shouldn’t matter to you anyways.

But your claim all this time has been that you are equally likely to CATCH Covid if you’re vaccinated as unvaccinated. No one disputes you can still spread it if you catch it while vaccinated. If you’re vaccinated, you’re less likely to get Covid to spread it in the first place. Fuck sake.

We both made the same post lmao. Dude doesn't get it because he doesn't want to. Like I said the feelings rule all now and facts and truth don't matter anymore.

Honestly all the articles posted and all the bullshit posted before as I stated really doesn’t matter. At the end of the day we live in a “free” country and the government is taking our rights away from us end of story and it’s bullshit and I don’t see how anybody in their right mind cannot agree that this is wrong regardless of a vaccination status.

I’m 100% sure at this point the un-vaxxed (without a legitimate medical reason) are the same people who don’t return shopping carts to the little cart return thingy.
The litmus of the 2020's

Actual Americans (read: George Washington) would call you a redcoat. I bet you have opposite opinions about a woman's uterus...
