evals april 11. we all do get along pretty well. When are your evals?
70%? Lol we had 5/18 pass… class before and after us had 7/18 pass.Don’t worry man, it’s not the hardest thing anyone has ever done, about 70% pass in terminal #trustthescience
You dated yourself with the 18 person in a class thing, no way that could ever happen again it’s way to fucking dangerous. So you are using outdated data, in the last several years and the way the program is now run/scored terminal pass rates are about 70%.70%? Lol we had 5/18 pass… class before and after us had 7/18 pass.
I mean, my class only had 8 and we passed 4 with one only passing by a point or two. 3/8 is still a very real possibility, but I also saw classes pass everyone. It all depends. You dated yourself with the 18 person in a class thing, no way that could ever happen again it’s way to fucking dangerous. SJC was on the list a couple times last summer bc 3 ppl got picked up. i believe it's more often on the NEST list than academy listAnyone know how rare san jose tower is?
I kinda relate to both sides. With the level 4-6s, you kinda have to figure out if you want a location you’re comfortable being at until you can transfer out vs a place with good staffing that’ll allow you to transfer out. 7-9 have the same problem because most transfers are going to the higher levels instead of there so it’s really a catch 22Looking at all the old threads when people had 12-15 facilities on their placement list is kinda sad.
The 4-6 options nowadays are always bleak
My bad I was just talking about class sizes pretty much.I kinda relate to both sides. 5 options is rough but try being given 14-30 choices and being told you have 24 hours to rank them then getting your 3-5th choice as a take it or leave it. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad I got to skip the academy but I don’t even know why they bother letting prior experience rank a list.My bad I was just talking about class sizes pretty much.
With a passing class of 5 your list of options seems so much worse than the older threads
I saw in the Enroute thread that they let you request facilities before you go to academy sometimes, I wonder if terminal allows such a thing
I feel where you’re coming from but hell, 15 options and landing your 3rd best is much better than 5 options with Alaska and Roswell on it lmao5 options is rough but try being given 14-30 choices and being told you have 24 hours to rank them then getting your 3-5th choice as a take it or leave it. With the current priority placement/staffing SJC is sitting at 13 cpcs of required 15 with 5 in training. They are really close to the 30% trainee to cpc meaning they can't really get anyone assigned to them with their current numbers. Staffing is updated every month though so it's all subject to change. Regardless that facility is above national average anyways. Agency are going to place people where they need em.Anyone know how rare san jose tower is?
