Hot take but PIA might be the best choice in that list. With their 804 going thru soon and looking at the numbers, it's got to be some kind of glitch making their projected numbers so bad. Currently 21/22 aob and 5 trainees, 1 outbound and they are projected 69%? Can't be right. I think for a 24 hour level 4 tower that they are about to become, they're probably looking at a staffing number similar to DAY at 15. TL;DR once their target gets adjusted they, they're going to have hella cat 1 releases.

Outside of that speculation, if I'm just ranking them straight up, give me OMA, LAF, PIA, SPI. DPA is somewhere in that mix if everyone passes but that's unlikely. I'd avoid Cali at all costs, especially PAO for obvious reasons. (See Matt above)

I'm not sure what the numbers reflect, but they are losing more than 1 to T75 when the radar goes.

SPI is pretty similar to PIA, big difference being that SPI is not 24hrs.

Keep working the problems and don't give up. You will feel behind at times. Don't let that overwhelm you, and just keep moving traffic.

Some of the scenarios are designed to knock you down and hammer in fundamentals. Recognize what you messed up or didn’t feel good about in those scenarios, and study a bit extra on those principles or go over situations with classmates.

When you get back into the labs, make sure the instructor knows what was a struggle the week before and that you’d like to get some guidance on those things.

If it’s just general “feel” of discomfort, then power through that and keep pushing yourself.

I wouldn’t advocate reinventing the wheel or anything, but now is the time to try things in sim that may or may not work out. Are you able to launch that 16 guy with traffic on base? Is 2 miles enough to get a departure out? All things you should be trying. If you aren’t working on these things as a class with timers, butter bars, etc. outside of “work hours”, then you’re doing all your coworkers a disservice especially when folks are struggling.
