I just had a supervisor tell me how they feel it is more important to deviate for sup bids and staff the 'understaffed sup positions' than staffing the controller workforce. I am still in awe and shocked from his rant lol

We have lost a lot of respect and priorities are so out of touch throughout the agency right now.

I over heard one in the tower taking to another sup and stated that providing oversight is harder than working the planes… almost couldn’t believe my ears.
