I think we should vote for whoever is going to give the faa more power. the white book was terrible we had to show up on time and work traffic. Im seriously starting to doubt it was that bad. Nobody on detail duties, if you abuse your sick leave your out.

Welcome to Detroit; the housing market collapse and banking failure only added fuel to the fire that was the economic collapse of the region that started in the 60s/70s. Hundreds of square miles that look exactly like this throughout the entire area. And it isn't much better in the rural areas surrounding Detroit/Toledo either, just more grass between ruins.

As far as I'm aware lots of these places were bought up and have been gentrified heavily, couldn't tell you anything about the cost of living but that doesn't mean much either

RAZE HAU? needs to be the new follow up tag line to all these videos. I love what they say but it’s the same guys who congratulated us on the contract extension, said there was nothing else to reasonably ask for, and never said one word about pay as of 5 1/2 days ago.

BTW - sell out the contract towers if you need to for FAA member raises. NATCA never cared about FCT anyway, those people only pay 1 hour per pay period in dues, not the standard 1.5 or whatever percent, so NATCA makes no money on them, they only did a push to gain more FCT members over the years to hold steady the number of overall members since FAA members were leaving over pay, NCEPT, COVID policy, etc…..

No one should be sold out. We all deserve raises including capped N90 controllers. Why should our career be decimated by inflation? Why would anyone settle for “good enough”, when pay could be great.

Brother Porrey is it even possible to have an honest discussion on pay without addressing the elephant in the room; CIP? The RAZE NOW movement must come to grips w the fact that CIP is a backdoor political scam; the equivalent to mentioning "entitlement reform" on Capitol Hill. The 3rd rail. Since we are coming clean on FCTs (the minor leagues of ATC who want to be paid like Shohei Ohtani) and DOD, we might as well be honest about CIP. One facility even gets significantly more than any other is eligible for, and it never runs out.
