I heard this the last time a RVP visited when discussions got heated about topics that they either weren’t prepared to discuss or just didn’t have answers for. I couldn’t help but take this as a complete fuck you and your differing opinions to everyone participating in that discussion.

How dare you? You are wrong and a minority thinker. How dare you question what big daddy NATCA is doing behind closed doors with little to no communication to the membership? We can’t seem to understand why you don’t think we know best for you.

The sitting NATCA executive board has fought for zero benefits or pay related improvements with the most labor friendly administration. These guys surely have the controllers working the boards best interests in mind. Yeah, right. They offer no real solutions or offer to help, so it’s best to get on the bus and shut the fuck up. Or be run over and blacklisted by the representation money machine you pay for.

I’m begging to be proved wrong but all these campaign videos don’t outline a single plan or strategy on HOW they are going to do the things they are talking about regarding the only things a union should be fighting for, pay and benefits. I know it’s early in campaigning, but it seems like smoke and mirrors yet again.

This info should be available in last and next tax report filing. If you can figure out exactly who did what. Which may be harder than the filing listings provide.

I remember seeing a graphic designer that shared the last name as a sitting RVP getting paid 6 figures on the 2022 filing. They made something like 15-18 different graphics over the year. I was never able to determine a familial relation to the current RVP, so speculation, but if their family is getting paid off NATCA books it’s an extremely bad look. There’s gotta be better designers than your related family member.

There are dues paying members at low level shit holes making way less than this graphic designer who made 15-18 graphics, most likely in their free time. I’d bet they are not working 6 days a week. Probably just once every few weeks for a few hours and are still getting paid more than the low level schmucks.

I looked for some of these graphics when I saw this and found nothing. If I remember correctly they were for election matters and mailings. No idea where they are or where they went but I couldn’t find a single one. I’d like to see what 6 figures of graphic design in NATCA money looks like.

No names for votes. The accusation was that reps are held hostage on votes. It’s untrue and the misinformation is being posted by people pretending to know shit they don’t know.
How many full time 114 reps would even be voting at Convention?? There can't be that many who are delegates.
 
Now NATCA cares about hiring and CTI. They care about every FAA function besides getting us more money.
Probably because we are critically understaffed in one of the highest paying government job. Not difficult to understand really.
 
Working conditions are always going to be a priority for a bargaining unit. Hopefully 32 never gets off his lazy ass and tries to lead.

Kissing ass is your strong suit. We will let you run with it. The entire get involved and be a part of change is getting old. Most people have realized the decisions are made by a handful of people and aren’t impressed with their accomplishments to say the least.
 
No. I think working on these bonus things is fine but only after you take care of the main thing. The contract.
Why can't the Union tackle both? We allllll bitch about management's shitty hiring. The fact NATCA has half a leg in the door on management rights is actually amazing. If the Union as a collective is bitching about staffing, shouldn't NATCA be pushing and inserting itself into staffing?

That’s what we are screaming about. They aren’t working on the pay part.
