Ya fuck the NEB, they ought to be getting heat rash under their balls from that tail between their legs by now.
Their politics are abysmal at best, we are onto them. They used that excuse last election cycle I would like to see them pull that one again.
File your SF 1188 starting Jan 1st. We all know too well NATCA is predictable and is going for the safe easy route, don’t pay them to do that. Get out.

I think hardly anyone drops out this year. They will see what happens. But yeah, if nothing is done with pay by the end of next year I think you will see 20% drop out of NATCA and it should be 100%.

That’s fine if people want to wait one more year. If it’s an echo chamber that they will wait til the contract comes due I wouldn’t believe them. When do contract negotiations start?
If they are worried about Trump shouldn’t they be negotiating in 2024….extend fine with renegotiated AT pay tables and 10’hour turns. I’d be fine with it.

I think if it is even looking Trump might win they extend this contract next summer. They have literally said that was the plan for two years, just changed their tune now that it’s election season and they see the members are pissed and realize they are getting fucked (RAZEWEN probably should have started a year ago).

I think they extend the contract and with it maybe get a token concession like 10% Saturday premium pay and 25% OJTI pay for the new “Training Initiative, Initiative” and call it a major win. At that point every last fucking BUE should bail out on them.

Agree on Razwen! Neither of those concessions is going to make people much happier, we need pay band raises across the board.

Devil's Advocate time:

What does going to the negotiation table look like with Trump in office? Do we end up better or worse off? Do you think we would see a significant raise?

Personally, I think if Trump had won the last election, our contract would have been extended, just like it was with Biden. I don't think that would be the case this time.

He’ll probably do some huge freeze and crazy fed workforce bs that well he caught up in. Then we’ll be begging to get back to where we were.

We'd never know because leadership is asking the FAA what to get for lunch over the negotiating table instead of just asking for a minimum raise. You can be certain that If any of these assholes get re-elected, they'll take another reup.

I’ll let it go for the night but I just rewatched the most recent Santa video and noticed the funniest part is not when he criticizes bar tabs or pretends they are about to spend millions on negotiations, but instead it’s the start of the video when of all things the question they picked to address was from someone who allegedly cared to basically ask “how did ATX come about, how did you think of such an incredible idea” LOL!!!
 
Crazy to think we're entering the 4th Quarter up against "The most labor-friendly administration ever" and we've scored 0 points. Now we get to see Rich's 2 minute drill...or are we gonna get shut out?

"Collaboration" is continuing run the ball and getting stuffed at the line of scrimmage even though we have receivers wide open down field, on every snap. These 4 years are gonna be such a waste for the "what could've been" gains that this Union could've made.

Been in the family for generations. We had another 500 or so that was mostly farmland and sold it to build and move onto the hunting land. Probably have 20-40 acres of crop field then the rest is wooded along the river.

"Most labor friendly administration" line made me lol the first time I heard Santa say it. Like you said, Biden has done zero, nip, nada to help us. Yet "we" endorsed him months ago. The slob knobing on Biden reeks of person political preference, not a strategic calculation.
