Most likely from my limited research, a solid maybe. A lot of their (constant contact) metrics, such as opening and delivery often rely on a imbedded unique url inage in each email, thus when you open it, it polls the server and they know that
[email protected] opened it.
Now as for the survey, maybe it has the same and ties to that in a like manner. Maybe it logs and compares ip addresses from your email and the one you completed the survey from.
This is just conjecture, but if they are willing to use NATCA resources (Michaud / NATCA IT) to dig up dirt on Jamal, why wouldn’t they try and maintain a list of who wouldn’t vote for them.
