A ruling by a district judge in one federal jurisdiction is NOT binding on a district judge in another federal jurisdiction. That’s where the appeals courts & Supreme Court come into play. Appeals courts have consistently ruled that special prosecutors are constitutional. Loose Cannon is likely to get overturned by the appeals court for her jurisdiction for THIRD TIME in this case alone. She’s an airhead.
