Stuff like this will be a big threat to union unity and “brotherhood” as it become rampant, another thing I’m sure NATCA didn’t think of when it created NCEPT with such stringent rules.Just look at the moderator on /atc Reddit who constantly puts in for big facilities then declines TOL's just to block people from leaving...

Being tracked doesn’t mean shit. There aren’t any negative effects from doing it unless your FacRep or ATM care enough to make it known to other facilities when they ask about the employee. This has been happening long enough for the FAA/NATCA to put a stop to it.Declinations are being tracked

Action is long overdue. Can't be addressed if it's not tracked. So it means shit. It's also a complicated issue because intent is often difficult to prove.Being tracked doesn’t mean shit. You don’t need to prove intent. Bid somewhere. Turn it down You cannot bid for a year, minimum.Action is long overdue. Can't be addressed if it's not tracked. So it means shit. It's also a complicated issue because intent is often difficult to prove.
They won't do that. You don’t need to prove intent. Bid somewhere. Turn it down You cannot bid for a year, minimum.
Clearly. But that would fix that problem. It would also stop people from putting in 30 errs and then turning it down because they weren’t sure they wanted to go there. People would have to be conscientious of where they apply. It doesn’t just screw over their facility, it screws over the receiving facility as well. They are short a hire, and may not get one for some time with these special ncept rules. They won't do that
