Those 2 are technically not ARTCC's, rather CCFs (Combined Control Facilities) per the Agency.

I think these numbers are just number of planes that touched a center, no matter if it’s for 1 minute, or it spends 2 hours traversing 6 areas. I have no evidence of this, just assuming Z controllers aren’t talking to only 40 planes a day.

It’s just basic math, and there are areas busier than other in the same building but they all getting paid the same. Doesn’t seem fair for the the sectors getting their asses kicked.

Where do you think all the planes the Tracon gets and gives go when they go through the gate? The planes only get counted once.
