What is the point of contention?

Wouldn't allow any 4-10 shifts for us this year.

Anyone at impasse? We ate a shit sandwich for our BWS to avoid impasse since our RVP was obviously going to be unhelpful. Wondering if any higher up battles are actually going OK since NATCA nationally just rolled the fuck over on this one. Shouout to the ATMs that were willing to ignore dumbfuck district management though.

I am super curious to your NATCA region and/or facility. We fought tooth and nail to get our split 4/10s. The dick heads tried every excuse to the point they argued against themselves. We went up to the DO/RVP level with the agency lying at ever step up, then back down. But we got what we proposed at the end of the 3 months. Another facility in our FAA district but different NATCA region also took the W doing the same thing. The ATMs are puppets to the district overlords at this point.

We have more than one position open on mids. But until last week they just let everyone there figure it out

They are enforcing it militantly. But it’s also being enforced against them when they get time. 😂
