At the very least they would need a cap. And with a cap comes a priority. And with a priority they’d cross off every single 4-9 from selecting cuz it’s less impact on the NAS and every single Z cuz you can fill them with AGs. There’s more vacancies at the terminal 10-12s then you can even fill.
And without a release policy all the low level NCEPT jailed up/down guys would be green but so would all the 10-12s. So the end result would just be all the 10-12s trading controllers and the low guys would still get fucked and CPC number would nose dive and nothing would get fixed.
They just need to hire 5000 people.
