Tim Scott in reference to the UAW strike, “I think Ronald Reagan gave us a great example when federal employees decided they were going to strike. He said, you strike, you’re fired. Simple concept to me,” Scott said at the Iowa event. “To the extent that we can use that once again, absolutely.”

Different day and age. Seems like Mr. Scott could be held under 6 U.S.C 101(1 for being “potentially destructive of critical infrastructure or key resources.” Of course, it would take someone in the gov with some actual balls outside of protecting their agenda but… it fits the bill.
