They should have some type of secret way out to save face lol. It’s the most demoralizing thing I’ve ever witnessed. The walk of shame is one of the saddest things ever.
Welcome to the mike monroney aviation center. Look to your left zoom box and your right zoom box. At the end of this only 1 of you will be here.As an applicant waiting for a class date, that’s rough.
2 quarantined so they kept their two spots2/5? I thought the list had 7 places + 2 alternates?
Any other advice?Don’t suck.
Score about a 70 on each eval runAny other advice?
But nah in reality calming your nerves is the best thing you can do on eval day.
I plan on getting a massage the day before, but may have to add trampoline park to my list of activities that day lolThe day before evals, a classmate and I went to the indoor trampoline park and just had some fun. Other classmates just stressed themselves out and failed.
Good idea. Realistically, if you don’t have a handle on it by the day before evals, studying that evening will be of no benefit.I plan on getting a massage the day before, but may have to add trampoline park to my list of activities that day lol
That’s basically what I said going into nonradar evals as well. My original plan was to run problems that whole weekend (we evaled on a Monday), but quickly realized I needed to just chill the night before. We also have radar evals on a Monday & Tuesday, so we have to combat the nerves for a full weekendGood idea. Yeah for the majority of people, last minute cramming before Evals will do more harm than good. If you don’t know your SOPs/LOAs or what to do in specific situations by the day before Evals, a couple extra hours in the books isn’t really gonna help. That’s basically what I said going into nonradar evals as well. Do what's best for you. I studied the whole time, but that's just because it helped me feel less nervous to be rereading the lessons and SOPs while waiting to run. I wasn't particularly trying to learn anything; it made me feel calmer and more confident. You already know everything you need to know going into evals and if you don't, you were never going to make it.Yeah for the majority of people, last minute cramming before Evals will do more harm than good. This isn't washingRumor is true. 2/5. It was super depressing as usual to see people wash ?.
What kind of logic is thisThis isn't washing
This is failing to get the job
The “OKC is actually a 4 month job interview” logic, which actually isn’t inaccurate. What kind of logic is this
I would recommend disc golf.I plan on getting a massage the day before, but may have to add trampoline park to my list of activities that day lol
