No one ever picks R90 where they checkout everyone in a year with a golden ticket to anywhere you wanna go

It would be nice to see something like IQTR for level 9 towers, because besides DCA and LGB being offered to academy grads with high enough scores, there’s no way to get to those besides ERRs or a well-qualified previous experience hire. Kind of stuck in a weird spot.

Has either of those places got anyone via this method yet? I don’t think so?

Prior terminal experience get offered 9 towers if they worked anywhere that wasn't slow.

Obviously not everyone posts their previous experience list on Reddit/discord/etc, but I’ve only seen one list recently posted that had level 9 towers on it. We got one previous experience new hire earlier this year but that’s been it for a long time now.

I have 4 or 5 friends that have just made the jump from either contracting or straight from the military in the last year and some change. Every one has been offered a list of pretty much every level 9 and below it seems. Idk that any of them were specifically at "slow" bases but only one I know was at a base known for being pretty busy.

Obviously that's just what I've seen personally and then also a handful of lists posted on reddit in the last year too, but I haven't seen a list posted on any forum or Reddit or anywhere that they were only offered 7s and below like they used to be. Could be missing it but it does seem to me like 9 and below is the new norm for prior experience.

Which kinda makes sense if you're gonna offer 9 up/downs to the IQTR track academy grads and 9 and 8 towers to the tower track academy grads. At least the prior experience people have prior experience. They're definitely trying to fill in the 8s and 9s a little since everyone was historically jumping over them in NCEPT and they never got new hires to those facilities so trainees were few and far between.

Yeah, that’s my point, we’re being passed over quite a bit and it would be nice to have a new pipeline to go here.

Ahh yeah I'm not on discord so I haven't seen those, also probably haven't seen any posted for a couple months it seems so who tf knows I guess 🤷‍♂️

then pretty much every 8 and below tower or up/down that wasn’t already 100+1
