Terminal Class pass rate

TETRA class finished up PAs today and finally had their first real failure.
Lost one student out of something like 13 or 14 total.
Still flying in the tracon supervisors to grade, even though the academy now has their own radar evaluators, still not sure when they'll start grading.
That’s interesting man, so the alleged most demanding screen for only the most elite facilities just had its pass rate fall to literally 99.1% or so lol. And people bitched in 08’-11’ when the academy pass rate was just a solid 89% across the board, this is blowing they away.

Something else I heard in the last couple weeks (unverified)...N90 got a class of people last summer (first TETRA class that was with current FAA controllers transferring to N90...3rd or 4th class overall). That entire class, 6 or 8 people, already failed/withdrew from N90.
Again, not sure the validity of it though.

Someone in that class told me that the failure washed out intentionally since he somehow had a job guarantee if he washed out of TETRA, and he decided he didn't want to wait 2+ years to train. Could be saving face though.
