Like this is a nothing burger but most of the anti-NATCA people will act like it's the biggest deal. You cant just let someone hijack the room and talk nonstop. Also, negotiations will never be made public. They aren't at your facility between your rep and ATM and it definitely won't be at a national level. I mean just think at the local level, hypothetically you get caught leaving early, your rep talks to the ATM behind closed doors about it and guess what you still have your job. If every one of those interactions had to be publicly released so all could read.... the ATM would never do anything that isn't by the book every time. Any leeway would be gone.

The rep doesn't record the meetings with them ATM therefore all you know is what your rep says just like everyone else.

The membership doesn't have a say in what happens but they are informed.
