The point remains that the convention body is a giant gathering of losers who fall in line with national to avoid being labeled as troublemakers instead of demanding answers and appropriately representing their membership.

I won’t disagree. Certainly a lot of yes-men (and women!) at these events. The whole union would benefit from more robust debate and an openness (and willingness) to challenge status quo.

That said, I believe for the Rich haters that see Nick as the solution, don’t be fooled that he’s any different from the status quo you so desperately want to move away from.

He is a man of the people who eats subs while the other bigshots are ordering steak dinners! Never stops working. He wants us small facilities to get more money and he helps us with ERRs. I dont know Rich but if Mick endorses him then so does my facility
