They are put on LWOP during their term. Article 3 or 4 deals with it can’t remember which without looking it up.

Not a chance. I’m running on the whole trim the fat and stop the grifting, so I’m not going to be a hypocrite.

Also my goal would to be to do my term and come back and finish up my last couple years on the floor as the ultimate F-U to the establishment that never returns to wearing a headset.

The best way to beat them is have people not on article 114 scams run. There’s nothing they can punish you with.

Are you kidding, I’d advocate to the agency if I won that we are too short to support article 114 out of the facilities full time! Maybe when we get the staffing to be able to transfer and not work people who don’t want to 6 days a week we can take a look at it.

It’s not like any of those people (full time 114ers) would ever vote for a non NATCA deep stater like me anyway, so let’s get that out of the way right now!

Where did that come from? I'm sure it's a trap but what isn't? Lets all answer it anyway. Everyone make sure you put down "other" for who would you like to vote for and put Pay - CBA - NCEPT as the 1-3 top priorities with NTI last as Santa and Mick idiotically think that will be their winning issue, assuming that everyone hates NTI and will tie to Jamal while those two fucks ignore that they promoted and support the contract extension and therefore the permanent fucking of controller pay. Plus Devine is the current NATCA guy on the NCEPT board, Andy L. was a co-writer of it, and Santa told congress we have a robust transfer system lol.

The interesting thing is, who got it? If everyone got it, it’s interesting as only Mick and Santa have utilized the full email list, or Nick and Jamal are up to some shenanigans and maybe scraped the database on the down low.

Furthermore they used constant contact which requires you to spend some money to use it, on a per email basis, but the address: 2915 Northeast 8th Terrace Oakland Park Florida is a complex and they left off the actual number of the unit.

And actually by leaving out the unit number they are in violation with constant contact’s terms as well as the FTC CAN-SPAM act.
