I think firing Rinaldi right now would be a big win for credibility.I've actually heard from an increasing number of people at my facility say they're giving the union one more year to address pay & start working on a raise before they leave. I'm planning on doing the same. Regardless of how much work our local does (which we do have a great rep here), if national doesn't step up then what's the point in giving money to a union who pays exorbitant consulting fees to Rinaldi without ever negotiating a better contract?
