You're "ranked" by CPC time at your current facility. Regardless of facility, whoever has been CPC the longest at their current facility will be number 1 on the "ranking". The whole point of it is to give those that have put in their time the first opportunity to move over someone that has hardly anytime there and already moving. The downside obviously the facilities don't have a say on who they get.

Anyone know what this means for OS bids? New policy only applies to BUE and they removed the rest of the wording. Now that they are increasing the number of OS at every facility. Will people actually get released/deviations approved?
