I know we'll never know the exact formula they use, but I can say there is a huge weight put on the ratio of trainees to CPCs. The only thing that changed in our facility was two prior experience new hires going from a projected inbound to a trainee and it resulted in a drop of 160 spots on the priority list.

What is your training time? They might have also gone from projected inbound to expected to certify as well, if its under a year right?

It did go from 1 year to 6 months. That certainly could contribute as well.

It's is somewhat irrelevant bc it will change. Anyone remember how much change there was the last couple ones before last panel? Kinda lazy right now and don't feel like trying to navigate back and forth on my phone

You have to convert it to numbers on iPhone. It prompts you in the upper righthand corner, to "open in numbers", when you do that it works fine. When opened on my Mac laptop it opens in Excel fine as well

The list makes no sense how did lax jump to 20 pus gains when Natca just stated they did not select everyone in the panel due to training backlog ?!? I did not have a err to lax just wondering how they came to that conclusion and now they need 25 when I think the last one stated they needed 11
