It's been updated on the site. Look under resources or the Priority Placement Tool thread on the main page.Guess I stated it wrong. Looking for the one with the projected manning vs current manning and what not.
Can someone here clarify this... Our staffing is 15... We have 15... By the old system we should have been able to drop to 12... But now can't drop below natl average... So this actual screws us out of 1 person leavingThey froze the Cat 2 projected requirement for release at 85%. Official. Should open the flood gates.
If a developmental was certified on 8/21. should they be counted for the staffing towards this panel?Emails were sent out on 8/9 and 8/17 with the staffing workbook data to your FacRep imploring them to look at the numbers and correct them if they were wrong to avoid the situation you're currently in.
My advice is the same to everyone. I don't care if you're not the FacRep, I don't care if you're not the VP, I don't care if you're not the Secretary, and I don't care if you're not the Treasurer. If you have ERR's out and someone certifies, go into your ATM's office and make sure they update the staffing workbook accordingly. Your career is counting on it.
I came in late to the TELCON. That's a bomb. ZBW, for instance, goes from being able to release 0 to 17 (@Catfish). Did they mention how that will effect selections to these facilities? Will they continue to allow them to staff to the true projected national average? Like we theorized last night, having the ability to release and select in the same panel? They froze the Cat 2 projected requirement for release at 85%. Official. Should open the flood gates.
This is just the projected national average that's frozen, not the current. It's a positive thing for movement. You guys will be able to release 3 this panel. Can someone here clarify this... Depends on when your ATM updated the SWB, they mentioned they made corrections on it yesterday in the TELCON, if your ATM updated it on the 21st, it should be included on the corrected PPT. If they did not enter in the data, you might be out of luck at this point. If a developmental was certified on 8/21. should they be counted for the staffing towards this panel?

I would be on the phone with your RVP.ATM hasn't updated SWB after, wait for it, 2.5 months and there is no quick resolution. ATM is on leave and is determined he doesn't touch the SWB.
Got the confirm. 10-12's can still select up to the true national average. The flood gates are wide open.If they allow you to gain and release in the same NCEPT then I believe 93 facilities can release now. If they use 85% for release only and don't let you gain then only 19 facilities nationwide can select anyone so that just can't be the case.

well.. that was a big no. the atm was away from the facility and hasn't updated it. anyone wanna look at the dsm numbers for me and let me know how we look. This is just the projected national average that's frozen, not the current. Still 2 based on their current CPC number unless they got a last second certification with he PPT updates based on the new info today. Can't look now, but what does this mean for BUF? Any change or still releasing 2?
Unfortunately, ZID is above the true projected national average so they cannot select anyone this panel. ZDV is above the current CPC national average and the capped projected average of 85% so you guys can release 9, but since you're below the true projected national average of 93.6, you can also select 8 people. If you can find a swap, both facilities can swap without an issue.I'm a little confused by all of this. Will someone from ZDV be able to get to ZID or is it still a no?
