Like Omegahare mentioned, it did not change much from the last one we saw, but a few did bump up/down a few spots. Also a few facilities became eligible (HEF), unfortunately MDT did not...

Is there anyway to find out how many eligible ERRs a facility has on file right now, PCT to be exact? I will get selected for XXX for certain if no one from my facility gets picked up before XXX has a chance to draft.

Not unless you know someone or your ATM can access the lists sent to managers to rank

PCT's list has 33 names on it and was surprisingly weak compared to others I saw. Which of course is good news for a lot of people.
There was 1 in house 12 TMC
1 ZDC - 12 center
1 RDU - 9 up/down
12 - 6 up/downs
7 - 5 up/downs
4 - 6 towers
7 - 5 towers all from HEF

MOU wasn't finalized in time. Saw the list posted of ERRs available, in Read and Initial, for comment. Saw one from M03 and one from LEX amongst others. Going back in to work now.
