Not to my knowledge. That’s a separate issue for them in and of itself (working OT they aren’t getting paid for - I know, that’s Greek to us). I have zero literature to point to other than a 2-4 hour conversation I had with an agent last night on the topic.

Scam wages and we all know it.
When highly desirable places are still getting it and it doesn’t ever change that’s what’s called a union scam but go ahead and call it wages for the elite.
Plenty of shitholes get CIP. I’m not even defending the current CIP structure. It’s outdated. But your posts are oblivious.

Certain NATCA cronies that got it for their facilities for no rime or reason. There are A LOT that make absolutely no sense and are already in a high locality pay area with a long list of people who have wanted to transfer there. Like I said scam from inception.

😂. I was actually working on my website.

I have a long way to go, but I will get there. I need to lay out my beliefs, goals and more stuff about me, as well as stuff we should all know about our union, how it spends money and what it supports.

But I did add in a ‘donate’ button. It’s quite different than the other campaign ones I promise.

Please check it out. I am a one person operation. I will take any and all feedback.

Would you post this in the election forum

I openly will admit my experience is limited. I have been secretary for my local, I did the ERAM and ATOPs subject matter expert roles when asked by my rep (who I truly respected back at ZNY), was the oceanic rep on the ‘Crystal Palace’ ZNY/N90 at one point, and the training Rep for my area.

However, I did rep someone recently in my region for a Weingarten meeting at my facility. So it’s interesting that Mick Devine was ok with someone who has never had any representational roles being allowed to do that.

From what I understand I probably am one of the few people to have done that in my region in quite a while. There is so much back story on that though it alone would require its own thread. It all worked out though.
I would suggest putting this on the website. Some experience is better than nothing, and Reddit is already going off about it.

Yeah I am getting a bunch of texts from people and also people at my facility are fielding some as well. I have the day / mid today / tonight. If things go well after the mid I should get some more updated with those kind of things-

Not to tell you how to run the campaign but I love how you posted the Rinaldi Consulting fees. Santa and Mick are trying to “distance themselves” from the slate book extension it seems, basically blaming it on Paul without saying it.

If they are it’s funny that Santa is still happy to pay him 240K for basically a no-show job. And it’s funny that Santa sent out the email “congratulating” the membership on the CBA extension, and that Mick in one of his videos admits to pushing the extension as a win, but says he can now “speak more candidly” about it since he is running for higher office lol.

The best thing he can do besides winning is make these elite scammers answer some questions

You may get an idea of how the next contract negotiations will turn out as early as this year. The extensions for the Light Blue (2011 - mostly Region X) and Purple (2013 - some Region X, some staff 2152s) Books, which were signed at the same time as for the Slate Book, expire in July 2024. I have to believe the union has already been conducting mock negotiation sessions.
Anyone know what’s going on? Are they sneaking in more extensions or negotiating???

This will be the test for what they plan to do with the Slate Book come 2025….

I would hope negotiating. I haven't heard if they have decided to "open" negotiations yet. Between both contracts they represent about a quarter or so of all NATCA membership. Like you, I'm closely looking at the purple book, because it covers SSS. SSS pay structure mirrors 2152s covered under the Slate book. So NATCA may not be able to open the Slate Book until 25' or 26' but all of those same issues can be addressed NOW and with this union/labor friendly administration. Things such as; pay band structures, TCI formula, OT, premium pay, CIP, and much more are actually on the table right NOW.
Do they kick the can and sell out on a quarter of their membership or do they lay the ground work for huge wins for the majority of us down the road that reshapes the future of this career. Honestly, if I was a SSS and they didn't deliver, I would be gone. NATCA already treats them like second class citizens that can't earn good time even if they stay current and work position.
