4th quarter 2017

We're currently 0.1% from the national average. Unless one more gets certified (unlikely I'm told) or the number of non-temp CPCs drops by 6, we are stuck once again in ERR purgatory. I count about 4 being released/getting waivers between September to the 1st quarter NCEPT. I'm hoping there is some massive movement between the July PPT and August 16th.

So the date they pull the numbers for the ppt is aug 21 but the SWB is updated every Wednesday and sent out from NATCA. Anyone wanna weigh in on what the actual date a trainee needs to certify to be counted as a cpc? If the ATM updates it the same day of course

SWB is updated just prior to the final PPT of each panel. As far as getting it in time, if the trainee certifies on 8/20 and your ATM updates the SWB that day, you should be fine for the 21st.

I miss seeing this thread in the top posts. In honor of the workbook being updated soon and the cutoff for numbers, here's to hoping trainees certify to help some people get released!!
I was in charge yesterday and got one person above their minimum hours... But they are off today.

I know your a team player. Not everyone else is. Good thing our numbers are good for one to leave I was trying to look out for others also. Say he checks out sat or Sunday, I wonder how much a controller would offer the ATM to come in and update the workbook lol

Question... I was under the impression that my facility is red, maybe yellow... Either way not green. One of our TMs just picked up to go to Tulsa (I think as a TM) how were they able to get an Oct release?

I think that persons sup is going on leave tomorrow... Not too sure. So its doubtful, or highly unlikely we will be able to release 2.

Yep I don't think we can either. But when they do check out u get that cat 1 release so u can still look forward to that

Yeah man... I'm hoping before last of september... I wanna spend my birthday on change of station leave!
Yep now I'm curious if u do get offered a cat 1 release. How many have to check out in order for another cat 1 release to be offered again. Multiple people will certify before my 1 yr wait (if I'm the one selected)

Would all depend o AOB... If people magically certify before I and I90 both leave, and the projected stays up there its possible, but, its not very common to see radar check rides here in the dead months of winter.

Yea I concur and that's what I was thinking the situation was. If we ever got two bodies over 90 while you were both still here

Any idea on when the PPT will update. I saw the Staffing Workbook has been updated this week but no full Excel PPT yet. Think they updated it yesterday but not available to public yet. You fine gents always seem to have the in, so when do y'all think that will be pushed through? Mañana?
