I would say it needs to be done today. I wouldn't want to chance making the cutoff by being late. What kind of relationship is there with the ATM? We have a fantastic ATM so it wouldn't be unheard of to ask ours here to do that but I guess it's all situational.

My rep asked the regional rep, and he said they just need to update the swb by this week, not 8/21 specifically. I was skeptic. Me rep said that the regional rep is involved in ncept so I guess that information is trustworthy..... I'll be pissed if that wasn't true. I feel like I'm getting screwed but what's new

That's complete bullshit and it will screw you unless you take matters into your own hands and get your ATM to update the SWB today. The only reason the PPT has ever changed after the deadline is because facilities had updated their SWB prior to the PPT deadline and that info did not get put on the PPT. You are absolutely playing with fire if your only defense is our trainee certified on 8/20, but we didn't update the SWB until after the deadline. In fact, I can point out multiple examples in the past of facilities not updating their SWB in time and they were told "tough luck, update it next time."
It comes down to how much your career is worth to you. Mine is certainly worth less then 5 minutes of my ATM's time on their day off.

That depends solely on how competent your ATM is. Every ATM should have previously requested remote access capabilities to access the DOT intranet outside of the facility. With that, they can update the SWB from home.

No, expect the facility priority list to be published on Sep. 1st. The priority placement tool should be published in the next few days.
