The cutoff is whenever you can get the paperwork through HR to NCEPT I believe. If you get shit signed and into ATM tomorrow and they send it straight to HR there is always a chance. Maybe have the ATM CC the other contacts listed on the NCEPT page (The ones that allows you to cancel an ERR within 10 days). Always worth a shot if you know someone interested in a SWAP.

80.7% Current CPC to Target
94.1% Projected to Target

Are they able to release with the Projected number so high?

Man, that's gotta be the dumbest thing NATCA ever signed off on. (Well after privatization) It seems pretty simple to me. I know this is going to blow minds, if you do release one, maybe select one at the end of the round to replace them..... Gasp you should!

Wish I would have known this earlier, I didn't put in any more requests because I thought there was a zero percent chance of getting released.

This doesn't necessarily mean anything because 3 months have passed but the last NCEPT round in June - ZID was eligible to release 3 and there were no ZIDs on ZDVs list for selections. Meaning finding a swap candidate is unlikely.

Mine did as well. Told me on my first day, "this has always been a training facility, get certified and you'll get picked up somewhere you want to go"

That was backed up by the 8 people that had release dates under the old process when I got here. Silly me for believing it
