Yeah it's discrimination. Everything is discrimination. When I choose to eat at a Mexican restaurant that's me discriminating against Italian restaurants. Only certain types of discrimination are illegal and discriminating based on "whether or not you've been vaccinated against a dangerous and highly contagious disease" is not illegal.

Also, are fetuses afforded the rights of birthed babies? Can you claim a fetus as a dependent on your taxes? I think not. Abortion doesn't kill anyone.
