It just depends on the class, some classes gel really well and help each other succeed others don’t work as well together. In a job where teamwork is a must it’s easy to see how some succeed better than others.

For the record, the poor pass rates started in FY2017, the vast majority of the last hiring panel to AT-SAT in FY2015 went through the academy in FY2016 (78% Terminal, 62% Enroute). FY2017 (53% Terminal, 50% Enroute) were primarily AT-SA applicants.

It just depends on the class, some classes gel really well and help each other succeed others don’t work as well together. In a job where teamwork is a must it’s easy to see how some succeed better than others.

4 ZSU.... damn, that sucks

No one really WANTED ZSU, but those who end up there (I’ll probably be one of them) will make the best of it. The other 7, I can’t really say. Nerves certainly play a role. But I think Evals were harder for most of us than we thought.

It’s all good. I leave OKC tomorrow with a job, so I’m a happy guy! I think I just made stupid mistakes that I could have made in any of the practice problems. it was a lot of what we have seen, just mixed up a little bit. overall, Im happy!
